Our 11th annual competition where you re-design a traditional quilt block into a modern mini-quilt.
Both 2026 challenges will be done at home and will be due at the June 13th meeting.
All quilts must be finished, quilted, bound or faced, and will be displayed at the June 13th meeting.
Each participant will say a few words about their quilt.
The Challenge
- Transform the designated traditional quilt block into a modern mini quilt.
The Rules
- You must retain at least one identifiable element of the original block.
- Size will be 80″ perimeter (you choose the shape).
- Winners will be determined by votes from the members present at the June meeting.
The Prizes
All entrants will receive a participation gift.
Everyone’s a winner!
The members will vote at the meeting and there will be prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
