Treasurer’s Report by Cindy

Reported current balance and expected expenditures for 2021
Showed expected budget for 2022
Question raised- should there be a line item added for expected income from classes?
Treasurer noted that we didn’t plan on any income generating classes, but if we have one it will be added to the agenda and presented to membership during a regular meeting.

Several questions about keeping Zoom meeting option for out of state / country members – Cindy said that is still under review.

Membership Fee increase vote.

Question about BOM price to take into consideration for fee increase. BOM will be free.
Question about timing of sending dues to National – they will be sent as early as possible in January so all members are in good standing for QuiltCon
Voting Poll Opened and left open until end of meeting. (Host and Co-Hosts could not enter votes)

Community outreach – Cindy gave an update for The Community Outreach Chair:

34 quilts including 7 art quilts – wall hangings, mats, runners delivered to JCFS
For those that have organizations they would like the guild to donate to, you will need to act as the liaison between the guild and that org. Reach Out to Bonnie for more information.

BOM – Laura showed layout options for pulling all the blocks together. Please being your complete quilt top (or quilt) to the Dec 11 Holiday Party.

Next years BOM will be free to members, more information will be shared in the January 2022 meeting.

Block lotto – All blocks went to Pegg – please mail to her.

Previewed December block, please bring to Dec. 11th meeting.
Patti will do next year’s block lotto also.
