Disappearing FOUR Patch Challenge Results

All this time I have been calling this block the disappearing nine patch–either I found it on the web that way, or I converted it on my own!  It is made from a four patch that gets cut up and yesterday I was even thinking…why is this called a disappearing nine patch?  Today Nancy and BJ donated some blocks and BJ told me I had the name wrong.  I was never good at Math!  

So here are a smattering of the blocks that the PHXMQG is donating to Erin to be made into quilts for Hurricane Sandy Survivors.  All told, we had almost 30 blocks made by four of our members!  Great work girls–Angela (me), Bonnie, Nancy and BJ!
