May Meeting Minutes

PHXMQG Meeting Minutes- May 11, 2024

In Person meeting,  1p-3pm Escalante Center  

Board Members present: Erika Daniels, Michelle Jensen and Elisabet Hannafin. 

President Erika Daniels opened the meeting at 1:00 pm

Erika welcomed all to our PHXMQG monthly meeting. New members and guests were introduced. 

Laura Flagler invited members and guests to purchase tickets for the raffle baskets.  Funds raised go to programs for the guild, tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.  

Claire Victor  hosted a Puzzle Ball sewing program that started before the meeting at 10:00.  Eight members participated in the project.

Secretary Report – Michelle Jensen

Meeting minutes from April 2024 minutes approved – first -Meya Cox  and seconded by Andi Stanfield.

Block Lotto – Andi Standfield

May Block: Improve Bubbles : Entries:7 Winner: Meya Cox

Block Lotto is a chance for guild members to win all the blocks made for that months lotto.  For each block you make, you will receive one chance to win the all the blocks entered.  You receive an extra chance (6 chances) for every five blocks. August Block – To be Announced in July, all information on the block will be posted on the website.

Door prize and Raffle basket were given to winners.
